By accessing or using any ClavelyApps product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

2. Products and Licenses

ClavelyApps offers software products including JCTimer Desktop, JCTimer Web, and JCLiveCut. Desktop software is licensed, not sold. Your license is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the number of devices specified at purchase. SaaS products are governed by your subscription plan.

3. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are listed in USD. We offer a 7-day trial for paid products. Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case — contact us via our Help Center or by email within 30 days of purchase.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or sublicense our software. You may not use our products for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClavelyApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
